There won’t be any extra props, so feel free to bring blocks or a strap if you often use them in your own practice (tip: an oversized beach towel is a great alternative to a yoga blanket)

Vinyasa yoga is great for those that have some experience with yoga and are looking to move their body a little more! We tend to flow through sequences a little faster, being sure to link our movement with our breaths. You may work up a sweat, but don’t let that scare you!

Gentle yoga is great for the beginner student, all the way up to the advanced. It is a great way to slow down within your wild life and find some calmness. We move slowly, get a good stretch, focus more on alignment and settle in to our breath.

I love when it rains! Remember the sounds station at Border’s that had all the New Age albums (including Enya)? The drip of the rain may take you back to that moment-I encourage you to step into it and get a little wet! Don’t worry too much though, the gazebo is covered and we have plenty of space to practice. Just walk cautiously on the brickwork as it can get a little slippery!

There is a large barn behind Century Inn on Fava Farm Road, park in the lot right across from it and find the pathway down right by the back wall of the Inn.

I have a black jar, right before you enter the gazebo area under the trellis. It is out of site to anyone else, drop in what you want. No questions asked, no judgement, no pressure.

There are bathrooms located underneath the gazebo, I can show you when you arrive!
